Adding contacts
In the parent app, go the main menu (three lines in the top left corner) and then select "All Contacts". Next, tap the blue plus button on the bottom left corner.
Contact Types
There are two contact types, "Contact" and "Guardian". Contacts can only call the watch, while Guardians can call, text, and see location.
Add a Contact
Simply enter the info of the person you're adding and then tap save. The watch will now see this person in their contacts and this person will be able to call the watch.
Invite a Guardian
To add a Guardian, under Account type, select Guardian. Add the Guardian’s name, phone number, and email address. Tap the checkmark in the top right corner of the screen to save the contact and send the invite.
- The guardian must accept your invite and download the app. In the Guardian's email inbox, look for an email from no-reply@myfilip.com. Make sure you check spam as well!
- Follow the instructions in the email by having the Guardian download the COSMO: Mission Control App, and haven them create an account with the same email you invited them with.
- Once the Guardian has created an account, they will need to tap 'Confirm' to accept the invitation.
- Now they're set up, and can call, send messages, check location, and more!
